We began our journey in the health space over ten years ago, working out of a Garage! We helped professional athletes, celebrities, and just about anyone dealing with complex health issues. We were a welcome alternative to people who wanted to feel good in their bodies. But, no matter how many people we helped, we couldn’t keep up. We could see the problem getting worse. And, it was happening FAST! We could see it everywhere. Young women and children were coming into our clinic with issues that we would normally see in 50—and 60-year-olds. Chronic disease, mental health, and suicide were on the rise. We KNEW that something had to CHANGE….. It was time for us to try something new. If we were really going to make a positive impact on the world, we needed to find a way to help people heal themselves. We closed down our clinic and went on a mission to revolutionize self-care. We discovered a way to reduce stress, release trauma, and unwind tension from our own bodies in minutes. We had just discovered the most powerful movements on the planet for healing the human body: the Fascial Maneuvers. And, the best part? We could do it all on our own. This was the moment our mission began. It was time to share these movements with the world and inspire people to take back control of their health again. Since that day, we have helped millions of people heal their bodies and we have created a global community to support us along the way. We have launched this app to share our programs and support our growing community. Inside, you will learn about your body, how to heal yourself, and how to coach others.
