In Mindcop, you’re a… well, cop who can read minds. You’re investigating a murder, and on top of ordinary sleuthing, you can also enter other people’s heads – physically, by “brain-surfing”. Oh, and your main currency in the game is time. Confused? Read on.
What we love: How strange, unique and funny it all is. The characters are goofy, the mechanics of brain-surfing while solving match-like puzzles is quirky to say the least and the idea of every action costing you time – designed to give you less time than there are possible actions – feels oddly relatable.

Quick tip: Accept the fact that you will not have time to inspect every scene completely. Check your notes (quickly), try to find as many clues and pieces of evidence as you can, but don’t fret about could’ve-beens. There are two endings available, so you can always make different choices on a second playthrough.
