Typing notes, to-do lists and light bulb-moment ideas into your phone is useful. But being able to personalise them, add audio and invite others to edit them too? Now you’re talking.
CollaNote is a virtual notepad whose pages can be tailored to meet your needs and worked on collaboratively. You’ll name your note, choose some digital paper and a design. There’s lined paper for lists, gridded options for graphs, manuscript paper and all sorts of planners, plus a selection of charming backgrounds.

Notes can be added using your keypad, finger or Apple Pencil. You can write, draw, use a ruler, add pictures, voice notes and more.
To collaborate with someone you know, tap the two-person icon to email them a link to your note. Those you share it with can start annotating your pages. To connect with someone you don’t know, open up a Public Note or Public Question, available to people around the world, and add a comment, then wait to see how they respond.
Finished brainstorming and gathering feedback on a particular page? Export it as a PDF (if needed), then start another CollaNote document for that brilliant idea you just had.
