Discover Pokémon on the App Store

The world first came to know the Pokémon in 1996, with the release of portable gaming sensations Pokémon Red Version and Pokémon Green Version. Since then, we’ve seen these mysterious creatures take over card games, manga, anime series, and now, the App Store. Here’s our pick of games and apps to get you better acquainted than ever before with Squirtle, Bulbasaur and the rest.

Pokémon TCG Pocket

Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket allows players to collect Pokémon cards depicting various Pokémon in their various forms. Collected Pokémon cards can be displayed on a collection board for other players to see, or organized in a collection file for enjoyment.

You can also play Pokémon Card Battles with new rules using the cards you have acquired, and challenge someone or AI to a battle with a deck of 20 cards.

Pokémon Sleep

Track your sleep and collect adorable sleeping Pokémon gathered around Snorlax every morning in Pokémon Sleep. Bonus: it might just help you improve your sleep habits too.

Pokémon Unite

Pokémon Unite is a team strategy battle game where 10 players, matched online, are split into two competing teams of five. Use your moves to defeat wild and opposing team Pokémon that appear on the field, then collect the awarded Aeos Energy and score it in the opponent’s goal. Pokémon Friends

In Pokémon Friends, where you can take on a variety of puzzles, you collect Thread Balls by untangling knotted threads and use them to make plushies of different Pokémon. The process of “untangling” the threads while solving the puzzles helps nurture children’s thinking skills, and can even help adults loosen up rigid ways of thinking.

Pokémon Goita

Pokémon Goita is a game based on Goita, a traditional pastime originating in Ishikawa Prefecture. Using 32 tiles illustrated with Pokémon, players split into two-on-two teams and take turns playing tiles from their hands. The team that plays all eight of its tiles first earns points, and the first pair to reach a total of 150 points wins. It offers an easy way to enjoy strategic hand-reading and the fun of cooperating with a partner, all within the Pokémon universe.

The team of the player who plays all of their tiles first earns the points from the eighth Pokémon tile. In addition to an app that lets you learn the rules quickly and play casually, you can also enjoy the game by purchasing a physical set that includes the tiles and a playmat.

Pokémon Smile

Pokémon Smile makes brushing your teeth a fun habit. Clean them in front of the screen to rescue the Pokémon captured by cavity-causing bacteria. Completing a good brush helps you collect the Pokémon you helped.

Pokémon HOME
