Sometimes you might need a few seconds from the time you hit the start button to when you are ready to workout. We added a prep countdown feature where you can adjust the time delay on starting the timer from 1 second to 10 seconds.

Updated the UX to make the app have a design that is easier to read. For first time users, the explanation screen will automatically appear, this will replace the old instructions. More detailed instructions on how to use the Engage Timer with different activities.

This update was inspired by a comment from the App Store (Thanks ProFit33!). Variable space between counts means more or less counts, for shadowboxing, you can set the timer at 1 minute with 50 counts now! • Variable time between random counts. Engage Timer now has options to set the minimum time between random counts. Set the timer at 1 second for noises at any time and the ability to set a higher count, set it at 7 seconds for some more space in between every count and less counts. • Updated UI including icons and display • Fixed several bugs... - one where if you turned off the random count you could still hear the noise play during the round timer, eesh. - Another bug was that the app did not save the random effect toggle, the toggle has been talked to.
