In Standland, adorable creatures motivate you to stand up more. When you stand up and move around a little, they wake up. Otherwise, they fall asleep.
You can unlock new creatures by reaching your goals.

◎ COUNTING STANDS:
This app reads activity data from Apple's Health app (HealthKit) to count your stands.
Stand Hours data is used when available; otherwise, Steps data is used.

Bring your favorite companions to your Apple Watch!
You can see whether you’ve already stood during the current hour at a glance.
• Change companions and worlds.
• Rotate the Digital Crown to look around the world.
• Add a complication to your watch face to see your favorite tiny companion anytime.

◎ PRIVACY
This app does not send your health data anywhere. All data remains safely on your device.
- You can now change Lands on Apple Watch.
- Now supports iOS 26 and watchOS 26. Support for iOS 17 and watchOS 9 has been discontinued. (Apple Watch Series 3 and earlier are no longer supported.)
- Data source settings have been removed, and Stand Hours and Steps have been unified. (Stand data is used when available; otherwise, Steps data is used.)
- The AR Land feature has been discontinued.
- Other minor improvements and bug fixes.
