Protern.io gives you access to detailed data anywhere on the ski course. You’re no longer limited to one split time. The Protern.io Sensor, a high-speed high-accuracy GPS sensor collects 5,000 data points per run. Use Protern.io to see exactly where time and speed was gained and lost. You can understand how different skiers carry their speed through the run. Access powerful information that until now, has been hidden. Train smarter. Customers include world cup teams and athletes for Switzerland, Sweden, Canada, Austria, Norway, Germany, France, US, as well as club/regional teams across North America and Europe. All skiers need to do is turn on their Protern.io Sensor, a high-accuracy high-speed GPS, and go. Coaches and athletes can get time and speed information (0.04s time and 0.13km/h speed accuracy) for anywhere on the course at any time. Use the Protern.io Sync app to upload the sensor data to the cloud for detailed analysis immediately after a run. Protern.io lets you compare runs between a single or multiple athletes. With detailed time and speed data for every meter skied, skiers can see exactly where they are loosing time and speed immediately after their run.
