Ho scaricato il 19 maggio l’app gratuita e NON HO AUTORIZZATO IL PAGAMENTO DELL’ABBONAMENTO. Il 19 maggio quando ho scaricato l’app non sono riuscita a utilizzare l’app perché non funzionava dopo 2 giorni mi avete detratto senza autorizzazione dal mio conto 8,99€ e il 2 giugno altri 8,99€ premetto che non più utilizzato l’app l’ho utilizzata solo quando l’ho scaricata pertanto se non mi rimborsate procedo alla denuncia per appropriazione indebita.
