We have enhanced the Netcare app to make your hospital experience more comfortable. Once admitted, the app will reflect hospital specific features, like free Wi-Fi, your Hospital Stay Guide, and a ‘Get in touch’ feature, where you can ask questions or raise any concerns. Once discharged, your app will offer a new set of features including a recovery guide, your health records, billing information, a patient feedback survey and the opportunity to give thanks to staff members who cared for you.

We are helping you to better prepare you for your hospital stay. You can now complete your pre-admission on the app and access your Hospital Stay Guide which gives you key information about your hospital stay. Information such as visiting hours, meal schedules, accounts, billing and much more will be available. A Summary of Care for patients who have received care at a Netcare hospital and/or Netcare emergency department is now available on the Netcare app, under Health records. This is in addition to a Summary of Care for patients who have received care from any other Netcare facility. Patients can also share this record with healthcare providers or loved ones.
