This chat interface is also intuitively linked with workflow features and organisation structure. Work Management: Task and report features of the application allow users to effectively manage activities like daily reporting, geographically aggregated market feedback, opinion polls, expense management, location monitoring through GPS and picture sharing, and more. The customised workflows can be fine-tuned for specific organisational requirements with a powerful BI tool for analysis geared to make informed decisions. External systems can be easily integrated with this app. The app also supports real-time monitoring of user location for activity tracking in field operations Knowledge Management: Change is the only constant in today’s world and rapid dissemination of information is key for organisational success. Instantly share new strategy/brand communication, new product launches, implementation of new systems/processes, etc. The app allows front-line teams to access information offline and to clarify understanding with the central team. The central team disseminating information can track resource usage and administer assessments to measure understanding of the front-line teams.
