Introducing Core Foods — a research-grade database of 28,000+ lab-tested foods with complete micronutrient profiles. When you search by name, Core Foods now appear right at the top of your results. Most food labels show only about 14 nutrients. Core Foods typically include all 57 nutrients MacrosFirst reports on, revealing dozens of additional vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids, and other important nutrients not shown on standard labels.

New Features • Premium members can now set custom goals for micronutrients, vitamins, and minerals. • Your goals now appear directly in nutrient charts so you can easily track your progress and see how your goals have changed over time. Improvements • We redesigned the Settings page to make your favorite features and preferences easier to access. Bug Fixes • Fixed an issue that prevented Home Screen widgets from showing your latest nutrition data in certain situations. • Resolved a bug where receiving shared meals could occasionally result in a black screen.
