The ForceFrame App facilitates quick and easy testing of upper and lower body isometric strength and imbalance, as well as completing personalised isometric strength training programs.
Connect to The ForceFrame via Bluetooth for rapid testing of over 30 isometric testing positions of the hip, knee, ankle, shoulder and neck. The live force graph provides visual bio-feedback in real-time, and highlights max strength and imbalance to facilitate rapid decision making.
Once you have completed testing, data is uploaded to VALD Hub to facilitate centralised analytics and data review across VALD testing systems.
The ForceFrame App also allows you to:
- Manage or add profiles
- Review or adjust each individuals’ test setup position
- Test an individual or rapidly test an entire squad
- Setup or modify tailored training programs targeting absolute or relative strength zones, complete with assigned reps, sets, and rest per exercise
- Review historical results during testing for quick comparison
