The FLX APP detects and corrects biomechanical issues to relieve pain and help prevent future pain or injury. The APP uses simple screening tests to identify your biomechanical profile matching it to a course of personalised physiotherapy exercises. The APP then learns what works for you and adjusts the program to address your changing biomechanical needs. FLX is proven highly effective at reducing pain, and preventing musculoskeletal problems resulting in better fitness, physical activity, health and wellness. FLX uses algorithms developed in over 4000 subjects to learn your biomechanical profile and personalise an exercise program so you can self manage your pain and help prevent future issues or injury. Used regularly, FLX helps keep your body fit for a long lifetime of happy and healthy movement In the APP choose the Pain Program if you are suffering from an existing problem. FLX will give you a progressive series of exercises and self management advice to address six common problems. If you are free of issues then use the Biomechanics Program to maintain healthy biomechanics to help PREVENT future pain and injuries. FLX is the first APP to manage AND PREVENT body pain and injury without referral to a physiotherapist. For organisations wanting to look after the health of their employees FLX gives a full view of the musculoskeletal health of your organisation, active monitoring and more. FLX is for individuals, or small and large organisations across all sectors.
