Wrike is just the tool we were looking for. We are a highly dynamic company with activities done around R&D. We needed a handy tool that has structure as well as freedom and Wrike hit the bullseye. Was using the previous iOS app, while it was OK, I always preferred the desktop version of Wrike. The new app has changed the game, it has all the features and now, has taken over my desktop for following up tasks and activity in our company. Thank you, Wrike.
Causes More Stress Than Productivity

Using Wrike has honestly created more mental pressure than efficiency for our team. Instead of helping streamline tasks, the constant notifications, complicated dashboards, and unrealistic automated reminders make it feel like you’re always behind — even when you’re not.The interface is cluttered and overwhelming, especially for new users. Simple tasks turn into long workflows, and it pushes employees to be available and responsive all the time. It feels less like a project management tool and more like a real-time monitoring system.Wrike may look powerful on paper, but in reality it adds stress, micromanagement, and pressure instead of improving productivity or teamwork. If employee well-being and healthy workflow matter, I wouldn’t recommend it.
Poor performance on mobile

If someone mentioned you in any task it would take approximately 5 mints to fetch that comment after receiving the notification. I can’t really read with just open it, have to wait for at least 5-10 mints or wait for gmail notifications.

Following a notification pop-up on your mobile device will lead you to the Project/Folder/Task inside the Mobile App where you were mentioned. It might take some time to load the item in the app. But it would be less than 5 minutes in any case.If the lagging continues, please doublecheck that your network is fine and try reinstalling the mobile app.Please reach out to us at support@team.wrike.com should the problem remain or if any additional questions come up. The app works great but one crucial feature isn’t yet available on mobile app - the ability to send work for approval. This is a major set back.
