I have been using Sqrrl for past 3 months. I must say that these people are doing a great job. App is fast and secure. I have also tried withdrawing money from my portfolio. It was redeemed within 4 days. I am really satisfied with their customer service through chat. These days CHAT is the preferred mode of communication rather than call or mail. But it should be instant. Sqrrl has got the exact thing for their customers. You drop a message in working hours, you get reply within reasonable time. Most important aspect of Sqrrl is target/goal based setting up of SIP and suggestions. They also post blogs that are really helpful for beginners/novice.Recently, I heard from Sqrrl that they are setting up subscription. Its free right now. Will write a review once the updated app includes subscription.

It's been around 1.5 years since I first used Sqrrl, I have very little to complain about. The progression of the development of the service has been great. The application is quite good for beginners as it is easy to understand. It also helps in making a goal based investment according to your need and money requirement. The only issue which I have been facing is delay in updating the transactions in the app even after getting the confirmation( In mail ) from the mutual fund in which I have invested. Also, when I try to contact any agent through application. No one is there to respond. The mails which I sent are also useless as I never get any reply.Edit: Even after adding money to the wallet and getting it invested in 3-4 days. The app still shows your payment of X amount is due on X date. Why isn’t it synced properly. Kindly fix it.

Was looking for a direct mutual funds app. Was earlier using Scripbox and thought to give Sqrrl a try because the design was interesting. They offer tax saving, SIP and goal based investment options. So far, satisfied with the product. If they can improve tracking of existing investments then this would be perfect.
