This app shows my annual pass & tolls that are valid. However, there’s no easy way to create a complaint or dispute a toll. You have to search in multiple places, call 1033 & finally register complaint using your bank statement about the toll detail. So, this app is only for seeing status. If you find anything wrong, it doesn’t help. Even their complaint system seems unreliable - they need to learn service management which I can teach ; their message your complaint may be resolved in 45 days ! Who takes so much time to respond ? By that time, people may have forgotten about the wrong toll they deducted. How many requests can you track after 45 days each if there were multiple wrong tolls ?

The entire process, from logging into the app to purchasing the annual pass, was seamless and user-friendly. After selecting the pass, I was directed to the Razorpay payment gateway, which successfully processed my transaction. However, the app initially indicated that the transaction had failed, creating a moment of confusion. Fortunately, just a few minutes later, I received confirmation that my annual pass was activated successfully.Once activated, the app provides a helpful dashboard that displays how many of the 200 allotted tolls I have utilized over the course of the year. However, it would enhance user experience if the app included a detailed consumption history section. Ideally, this feature would provide a comprehensive list of all toll usages, complete with specific dates and times, allowing users to track their toll usage more effectively. This added functionality would greatly improve transparency and help users manage their tolls more efficiently.

They have created a beautiful app, but barely any feature works here. This is just a publicity stunt. I will give you an example —— to lodge a complaint of anything wrong with your NH you need to verify your mobile number (great feature as anyone cant lodge a complaint without a valid phone number) but once you try to register your number they dont allow you (they send you an otp) but but nothing happens. So when later on analytica data will be pulled out for this app, the data will show that x number of users have successfully registered their phone with this app but no one has any complaints. This is such. BJP move (they do everything on a superficial level, and in reality the are more corrupt that Congress)
Annual FASTag Pass Fails to Work as Promised

I bought the Annual FASTag Pass assuming it would cover my highway travel for a year, but despite having an active pass, I was still charged at multiple toll plazas — Palwal, Mathura, and Agra. The experience has been frustrating and confusing.There’s no clear information on which tolls are actually covered, and even customer care couldn’t explain the deductions. If the pass is valid only for certain plazas, that should be made absolutely clear before purchase.Please fix the wrong deductions and improve transparency about coverage. Right now, the system feels broken and misleading — not what you expect from a national highway payment solution.
