Hi, this app is the most useful way to count or see how much water you drink every day. And it also reminds you to drink that is so useful, I’ve been drinking non stop from the day i knew this app. Thank you ❤️😁

Definitely reminds me to drink .2 major problems :1) It is trying to get me to “ smash my hydration goal”. This is not sensible. You should research “ psychogenic polydipsia” and understand that forcing oneself to drink way more than one should can lead to dangerously low sodium levels, seizures and death.2) One day I tried to see what happens if I fill my entire fluid allowance with wine . It gave me the celebratory confetti and did not advise that perhaps some non-alcoholic beverages would be advisable . Same goes for whiskey . Alcohol dehydrates and increases need for fluids ; this needs to be taken into account .3) Reminders are just random and not adapted to context . For example :- I’m at 65% and am told that I need to get up to 60%- I just logged 1 liter of water and 2 minutes later it says : “ it’s been a while , time to drink “

Hello and thank you for the valid points. That is why we have added features to adjust those settings:1) The daily goal is just a suggestion and we always suggest on the profile screen to consult a health provider if the suggested goal is correct.2) There are mixed studies on this topic, that is why we also included an option to change the hydration factor of a drink in the app Settings > Other Drinks > Wine - here you can set a negative hydration impact which will reflect your findings. 3) As for the reminders, team is looking into this and will work on improvements.Thank you once again for your feedback and using our app.
I love the app, it is one of my most used apps

But the last few versions are still buggy. The sync with Apple Watch app is not always working, they don’t sync in the background. The daily goal is not recalculated and updated (by activity) if app is not open, etc.

Hello and thank you for reporting those issues. Our teams will be investigating further and work on improvements.
