Everything described below was experienced on iPhone 13 mini.1st related renewing the plan after a period of time while not being subscribed. The entire “downloaded” section was glitched when I was loading the content for the second time. In order to continue saving music on phone, I had to pause every single soundtrack and resume the downloading afterwards. Somehow this issue disappeared when I traveled back to my home country. 2nd is about the comment section, after a few moments of opening them on the phone the section abruptly crashes and closes down. It didn’t happen when the new service was only introduced, but rather continues to occur two last months.

The app works great on my iPhone, but on my 11 inch new iPad pro, it has bugs when viewing on landscape mode. When I play a song, tap on it, a list of similar songs pop on the side as usual. But when I flip the iPad to portrait, it automatically views the list of the songs below with the red rectangles on their side, on the first 5 of them, as if I swiped right on them- as though I want to delete them from the list (although I didn’t swipe). Plus I weirdly can’t reach the first next 3 songs on the list, as if they are outside and above my reachable screen. Same happens if I start from viewing in portrait mode and flip to landscape. Another problem is that when viewing any song in landscape mode, the screen has 2 parts: 1 at the left with the song tracker, and one at the right with the song photo/ video + the next song list. The left part, has space for the video but doesn’t show the video there. But on the right part, where the video actually is, you can’t press to stop it- the tracker and the controllers are on the left side- as though the video is just not playing at the right space. (on the MacBook and the iPhone the parts are in the correct places).The app is updated to the latest version, so is my iPad.My device is in Hebrew, maybe it has to do with that, but my iPhone is in Hebrew as well and it works fine. Moreover, I am a premium member and have been a long user of the app and until now I was very happy with it.Hope you’ll fix the problem soon.

Overall it’s great but you can make some small changes to make the experience better. For example add a search bar to my playlist so I can look for a song but still be on my playlist so the songs after the one I wanted to listen to will be from my playlist. Or when I do “play next” to a few songs add them in the order I wanted to for example if I listen to song X and after song X I want to listen to song Y and then song Z I want to be able to do “play next” to song Y and then “play next” to song Z and that will be the order of the “queue” and not song Z and then song Y because I clicked on song Z after song Y.

I'm having fun using the app, it's wonderful.But it needs some updates.. like at the list we create, it should have the option to select more than one song atime to delete/download/send it to another list.Also it should give me the opportunity to move songs in the list, move it up or down, we can't move songs.We should have the option to select play list in order from the new to old songs that we added, not just from old to new. We add new songs and they added to the buttom of the list and that is anoyying.Another thing that you HAVE to do, we want the option to delete selected songs in the downloaded songs, and not one song at atime.I appreciate and hopefully you read that text and make the changes so we can enjoy the app more.

In my opinion it should be a simple to use music player but it is so messy so I don’t like the UI in general.Main reasons: You can’t search your own playlists. The shuffle function is bad, it kinda bases on your preferences so usually the latest songs play in the “shuffle” with some other ones from your playlist. (Though the latest update really tries to make it up to it).The lyrics section, why can’t I choose myself if I want to read it quick or follow the music, makes you wonder what they think about people in general. The amount of buttons on the screen when a song is playing is unnecessary(15 buttons!). If I want comment section I’d go to YT, now it is all messy and you can hit buttons unintentionally by mistake (when walking or not looking at the screen). When I want to lower the song down and look for something it slides left and right now too so sometimes it is very inconvenient. MAKE IT SIMPLE AND EASY TO USE!!!!!

I personally think that removing the “dislike ” button was a huge mistake!For me the gauge of like/dislike could tell if I’m about to watch a knowledgeable video that will help me solve my problem or I’m going to waste a huge amount of time on some bull$hit…. Very very disappointed by this so called politically correct, childish offended decision.If you wanted to monitor the bot’s that try to bring down over people video’s - there are other ways do do it!Moreover now i can’t even dislike a song or choose “don’t suggest again” and i keep hearing lots of music that I don’t like and i have to skip each time .
