Please fix the ui

I love the game, it’s one of the few mobile games which I didn’t get bored of, but lately the navigation buttons in the bottom of the ui blocks the last row of tiles and sometimes it’s hard to see what items I have there. I think there’s plenty of space to pull the navigation ui down a bit so that we can easily access the last row of items to merge. Thanks for considering this fix! ✨

Keeps crashing, glitching and poorer quality overall

I dont know if its a model thing or something ( i have iphone 16pro) but the top bar where the items are, keeps glitching out and they keep going back and forth every second its like they load again and start moving lol. And lately if i click on the top left corner where the bar is to check out the other events/ to turn on the auto merge the game soft locks. Just completely freezes and i have to reload the app. Sometimes it only helps if i leave it alone for a while then it works as intended again, its just really weird. Then ALSO I swear this game feels like it deliberately messes with their users. For example the hour glass if i drag it on a producer i can use that producer worth of what? 3 clicks then immediately the timer goes back to 8hrs. Doesnt matter i skipped 8hours of wait time either. How is that a great game mechanic? Whats the point of the hour glass then?The trading sometimes wants me to trade a lvl 11 item for a lvl 6 item i dont even need so I feel like the whole trading side quests are completely useless. There is nothing in it for me to pursue it. Mind you even if i get lucky and get the chest 90% of what i get are trading cards, then one producer item and one lvl 1 energy ball thats it. ALSO I used to play this game a year ago, then i downloaded it again and was shocked to see how much they took away from the box rewards and the piggy. You used to get so much money from the piggy bank and if you maxed out the chests you were clicking that thing for 2 straight minutes.Anyways so tldr i think the games quality went down a bit and it just used to be more enjoyable and rewarding! Now sometimes i feel like its genuinely ragebaiting me.

The game is really fun except for 2 things.Completing tasks usually gives 8 xp which is fine at the beginning but at level 35 not so much. I now have 6 more levels to get any new tasks. Also the new event depends on coal but the chimney hardly drops any. Please fix this!

I’ve been playing with this game for a few years and until a few months from now it worked perfectly however recently I’ve been experiencing frequent crashes while playing the game and also it lags a lot unfortunately. The game itself is fun but these complaints really drag down the enjoyment of it.
