even without subscription, it still helps me loads in reaching my goals. tried a lot of apps before but none of them really worked out for me. i have a suspicion that i have adhd and tracking calories to lose weight has always been such a chore for me and i could never keep up with it with how disorganized i sometimes am. however, Simple doesn’t require you to do that but still offers you a great overview on how to improve your meals and when to eat to not feel hunger. i love the interactivity, the reminders and how it takes time to explain everything. fasting with this app made my body feel so clean without the need to starve myself. it helps me lose weight very simply and i am super happy with it. thank you devs!

This is a simple App that provides excellent tools to help you on the way to change your health especially your diet and exercise routines. It tracks all your meals and movements. An AI trainer checks you daily. You can start simple exercises but the App monitors your overall performance and gets data from other apps you use for exercising. Since you have to check out daily it works great. It also provides nutritional and dietary advises. Depending on what you eat you receive readings on the ins and outs of your dietary habits and this App. provides scientific basics and vital information on your diet. You also gain knowledge while getting healthier and losing weight.

Maybe you can add the size of the meal (just like small-normal-large) in order to be more precise according to the meal (I mean the question of healthy and unhealthy is also pretty subjective, maybe the size can also help precising it) 🥺
Just started using the app this week, really smooth user interface however there is a significant bug in the fasting scheduling part of the app. If I miss logging a meal at the time I had it, and then I only log it the next day (usually being the dinner) then the fasting period doesn’t automatically changes, even worse: shows a bug, resulting in my inability to manually set the start and end of the fasting period..it’s quite annoying so please do something about it!

I decide to try the 1 week trial. Without any confirmation on my card they charge a “workbook” and then after the week ended I unsubscribe and delete the app but got charged $30 anyway for what I asume is a months suscription. This is something I never approve so as I can see, they are charging this in my card without consulting . Do not use!
