I've tried several meditation apps and Headspace is by far the best one. It has a solid structure and framework, and meditations can be unguided or guided along different relevant themes your life is encountering at the moment. When I feel my mind is a bit unsettled, the guided meditations help me stay focused, and when I really just want to enjoy the silence there is the unguided one. The habit of meditation is difficult to begin and keep up. Mostly because its effects on your daily life are subtle and seen over time. But boy, what a difference 10-15mins sitting by yourself makes!

All right, I know the collaboration between you and Cocomelon. I’ve been using this app for almost a year now, and I really like you guys , how the sleeping section is organized. But that Cocomelon logo on top of the category that I use most kind of upsets me and ruins the vibe. I suggest you move the Cocomelon section into sleepcasts’ children section, instead of promoting it in the whole sleeping category. Look, the reason why I’m telling you this is because I just know this will probably upset a bunch of people since Cocomelon widely hated children’s brainrot , I just really hope the Cocomelon section will be moved to the children’s section after a few days of promotion, cause it just really ruins the whole vibe. Love you guys, love your work, thank you for listening.🩷

A brand new experience of meditation. It’s good to allow me to have a few minutes relaxing before going to sleep with Headspace. People living in metropolis usually suffered with lots of stress while most of them do not have the time to meet therapist, not to mention the expensive charge. Though I cannot guarantee it works on everyone but why not give it a try? Give yourself a few minutes a day, maybe just 5 minutes before sleep and follow the guidance of the app. At least I found this app helpful in improving my sleep and relieving stress.
