Great app that I can’t use

Please please please add English as a language to all countries, or let the app adapt to the phones language or smth.. I struggled in Lithuania and now struggle in Greece with the fact that it only works in local language. When I use the browser version not every page is marked correctly so even google translate is struggling to auto translate all of the pages and thankfully they added forced manual translation recently that helps.. I love not having to call people and have been a customer for a long time but gosh it’s so annoying to have to go to browser every time.

I love the app, the only issue is the language. I am not greek but I live in Greek and still learning the language, there is no option for me to use this app in English while seeing the Greek market. Please add an option to use the app in a different language regardless of the selected country.
Terrible customer service- I got scammed and still haven’t received any reaction from Treatwell

I booked a service via treatwell. The salon cancelled my appointment a few hours before the treatment and only after I contacted them to ask something(!)After I requested to cancel my appointment and get a refund the salon stop responding(SCAM??).At the moment I have paid for a service I didn’t used, I have received no refund, I have filed 2 complaints in the treatwell app and website and I haven’t received any reaction neither from the salon or from treatwell. Terrible customer service. You should really be alerted for scammers in the app!
