For many years I have enjoyed the game and I have spent a lot of money in order to improve my position and lately I discovered also the fun to be a member of a team. Suddenly I faced a big frustration when I realize that my coffee icon has disappeared and I can’t understand why. Uncontrolled cheaters

Many cheaters in the game either as individuals or whole groups, especially in team competitions/leagues. We are certainly put off from playing as the game developers do nothing to beat these phenomena. Although the developer reassures publicly that they do their best against cheaters, they actually do nothing. A couple of months ago our group detected unusual activity in one of the other league groups-extremely high scores from one group member in particular. We contacted the developer to report the incident but they were so “sorry” they could do nothing because they could not check the account’s data due to gdpr regulations! If the developer cannot check, then who? No worth investing money to proceed

Good but a complaint

I really like this game, I find the plot very interesting and I enjoy using my observations skills to acquire every star. However I find that it’s very hard to get a good scoring for stars. I had about 560 energy, having let multiple gift boxes without opening them and by playing only one level to get all stars, I am down to 46. I understand that it should get difficult to win stars every time you lever up, but it’s really annoying when I don’t make any mistakes, I get a bonus 9x and my star percentage doesn’t even rise by 10%. Or at least make getting energy easier.

I enjoy this game the last two years, l m in level 460. The last month there is no pleasure, every time I have to watch an adv I lost connection, the screen is black and I have to reload! It’s such a pity, cause i really like the game, I think I m gonna give up.
