The ICA Congress Mobile App is designed in 4 languages (Arabic, English, French, Spanish) exclusively for registered users of the Congress, scheduled to take place from October 9th to October 13th, 2023, at ADNEC, Abu Dhabi.
The ICA Congress takes place every four years. It is much bigger than the Conferences and is even more open. The professional programme development is led by ICA’s Programme Commission through a Programme Committee with representatives from the ICA network and the host organization. The programme aims to capture the best examples of archival and records management achievement during the previous 4 years and to act as a discussion and planning forum and signpost for the future cycle.
Getting Started:
• Registered Users: Enter your registered email and verify your identity with a one-time password (OTP) to gain full access to the app.
• Unregistered Users: Explore the app in Guest Mode, offering limited access to its features.
Main Features of the App:
• Program: Explore the event program, organized by date, and bookmark sessions of interest, which will be conveniently listed in "My Schedule."
• My Schedule:
• My Schedule: View a list of all your bookmarked sessions.
• Meetings: Access a list of your confirmed meetings.
• Pending: See a list of pending meeting requests.
• Attendees: Discover a comprehensive list of all delegates attending the event. You can also request meetings and engage in one-on-one chats with fellow attendees.
• Sponsors: Access a list of event sponsors along with their logos and profiles.
• Exhibitors: Explore a list of exhibitors along with their logos and profiles.
• Community Chat: Create and join communities, allowing users to share messages and engage in discussions within the app.
• Chat: Access all your personal one-on-one chats with other users.
• Speakers: Discover a list of all event speakers and request meetings or engage in one-on-one chats with them.

• Profile: Manage your user profile.
• Attendees: Quickly navigate to the Attendees list.
• Social Activity: Access all ICA Congress 2023 and International Council of Archives (ICA) social media links.
• About: Learn more about the Congress and its organizing bodies, the NLA and the ICA.
