They ask you to update the beneficiary info but the dont have the option to change the name. It stack in one position and i cant sent money to pay my service charge. Ita so complicated app.

Worst version of ENBD application

It is the worst version of the online banking application, since I started using it. Not showing all bank information (cards). Showing the same amount on two Global-cash cards (original plus add on) implies double amount, which is not correct. Having more steps in order to perform one simple activity! Too complicated to confirm online banking transactions by computer! Also, it is not possible to do online transaction by computer without the mobile! Why?

Terrible mistake to upgrade

Afterward upgrading to this app all my beneficiaries are shown “wrong information bla bla “ and I can no longer send money back home. When I try to update beneficiaries the system requires IBAN min 21 even though IBANs come with 20 characters. And the worst of all ENBD arbitrarily won’t allow you to go back to previous app. This is very bad customer service. If you don’t allow me to go back to previous version of the app I will have to move to a new bank.
