This is a great app for tracking fasting! With Life fasting being taken off the App Store, this is a great replacement. I like that it tells you a bit about the current state your body is in, and the physical effects happening at every stage of your fast. The only suggestion I have is to improve the fasting end time, as you can set a time goal, for example Wednesday at 9am, and also a total time fasting goal, like 40 hours, and it will only recognise the hourly goal as the fasting end time. This is a very small issue and doesn’t negatively affect the app experience and quality, but this is the only improvement I could think of for this app. Overall, this is a great fasting app! It’s free and user friendly, with a good app layout that’s easy to use. Highly recommend!
You can either set a hour based goal like 16 hours or a time based goal like until Wednesday 9 am. So the goal setting is very flexible.
