Meet the creator: Poolsuite FM was developed not by a reggae artist or an Ibiza DJ but by an affable Scot named Marty Bell. He was looking for an escape from an uncommonly dismal Scottish winter (and, we should add, he had no pool): “It was cold and spitting rain all the time,” Bell says. “Listening to this music was such a boost.”
