Bug fix for Queue Playback Panel reorganizing.

Instead of At Full constantly trying to save online, it can now be done through the main menu or the settings page. Downloading data from your other devices, or new fixtures can still be done through the settings page or the fixture list. No need to worry if you close the app without saving. While we recommend saving online to keep your data protected, everything is still saved to your device.
