Impossible to load from Gigapay

It’s been months that this app is not working well but no one fix it. Everytime i try to suscribe a promo or load from my gigapay balance, i get a “Transaction Error” and it doesn’t say what is the problem. Only “try again later” but it’s 6 months that i try again later and it’s not working. So i cannot use my gigapay balance… and i wasted so much time trying to fix it, but there is nothing to do. So don’t load your gigapay account coz then you cannot use your balance !

Perform basic troubleshooting. * Exit GigaLife App and try to log in again.* Ensure that the GigaLife App version is up to date. * Turn off and on the device to refresh. * Uninstall and Reinstall the App as needed. Clearing the app's cache can also help. If the problem persists, email your mobile number and a screenshot of the error to UXteam@smart.com.ph for checking. - Sean

An “Error occurred” message always appears whenever I try to make a purchase of any amount on the app.
