This release marks a major step forward in how you work inside OSOI.
We’re introducing tabs, multi-window workflows, and a new timeline planning view, all designed to reduce clicks, speed up navigation, and let you manage work the way it actually happens.
• Tabs inside OSOI (like in a browser)- We’re on a mission to reduce the number of clicks needed to get work done. You can now open up to 5 tabs and keep multiple views side by side, so everything stays exactly where you need it.
• Multi-window, multi-organization. For everyone working across multiple organizations, you can now open more than one OSOI window and work in parallel, each with a different organization.
• New Timeline planning view. Designed for teams that need precise daily planning. Schedule work within a day, manage teams more effectively, and use OSOI as a modern planning board for real operations.

We’re following up on last week’s release with a small update that makes OSOI run more smoothly.
Time tracking, contracts, and profiles should feel quicker and a bit more stable. Chat also works more reliably now, especially when opening messages from notifications. You’ll notice a few UI cleanups and small adjustments across the three-view layout that make navigation feel more consistent.

This is one of the biggest OSOI releases so far!
We’re rolling out a major upgrade to how work time is captured and reviewed. Time logging is now faster, supports multiple intervals within a day, handles break splitting more easily, and gives you clearer daily and yearly overviews.
We’re also introducing contracts for people, so you can set planned hours and track actual values for every member of your organization, whether they’re employees or freelancers. Profiles have been improved as well, making key information easier to access. People management now offers clearer visibility into roles and responsibilities.
Across the app, screens and navigation feel cleaner and more consistent, thanks to the new focus mode and the three-view layout. You’ll notice upgrades in documents with the new grid view, stronger chat reliability, and many UI polish and stability improvements throughout.
If you use OSOI every day, this release should feel faster, clearer, and more powerful from end to end.

CLEARER TASK PERMISSIONS
Tasks now behave more clearly: if you’re assigned to a task, you can work on it. If not, the task is view-only. Project managers and admins can assign or remove people and step in when needed.
MARK SCOPES AS FINISHED
You can now mark a scope as finished using a simple toggle. Finished scopes show as 100% complete, are no longer flagged as overdue, and appear clearly as done across the project and scope views.
MORE CONTROL FOR ADMINS
Project admins and tenant admins invited to a project can change project settings and influence everything within that project.
IMPROVED NOTES
Notes have been polished. You can now add checklists directly to notes, close checklist items without editing the note, and enjoy a smoother note-taking experience.

Notes just got a major upgrade. Rich text, colors, checklists and more help you capture information properly. What’s New in OSOI
1. Create task copies in one go
Need the same task for multiple people? You can now create multiple copies of a task at once and assign them to different users.
2. Repeat tasks with flexibility
You can now easily create a new copy of an existing task for the next round of work, keeping the same setup or adjusting the team as needed. Perfect for recurring activities like maintenance or inspections.
3. Audio messages and transcription
You can now send audio messages in chat. Tap any audio to get an instant text transcription. Listen or read, your choice.
4. Add people faster
Bringing your whole team on board just got easier. With the new Select All option, you can instantly add everyone in your organization to a project or task.

We have redesigned task filters across OSOI, making it easier than ever to get the information you need. See who is working on what, what still needs to be done, and when.
Your home screen now also shows completed tasks alongside open ones. This way, you always know what you have to do and you never have to remember what you have already done.
And your favorite tasks are now just one click away. Tap the star icon to switch between your favorite tasks and the current selection.
