The Reliance Valves Multisafe App allows you to remotely control and modify the Multisafe leak detection control valve and the Multisafe floor leak sensor. All functions for setting up of the product can be done through the App. In addition the app will receive notifications from the device(s) in case of a fault. The App can also be used to read statistics on water usage.
The Reliance Valves Multisafe Leakage Detector Control Valve is an internet-enabled leakage protection system with intelligent water management. The Multisafe continuously measures the flow rate, pressure, water temperature and determines the water hardness. If the device determines that water consumption is unusually high, or running for a long period of time, it will shut-off the isolating valve. In addition it will do a microleakage test at regular intervals and will detect even the smallest of leaks. If the device is connected to the internet, an e-mail or text message will be given in case of a failure. All of the functions of the Multisafe Leakage Detector Control Valve can be seen and adjusted in the RWC app.

The Multisafe Floor Leak Sensor is used in critical places that require intensive monitoring. If this smart sensor detects water on the floor, room temperatures that are too low or excessive levels of humidity, an LED will flash and a loud warning signal will be given. If the floor sensor is connected via Wi-Fi then an alert will be also sent by e-mail, or by text message. The Floor Leak Sensor can also be connected to the System Leak Detector and if a water leak is detected a signal will also be sent to it to shut off the water. All of the functions of the Multisafe Floor Leak Sensor can be seen and adjusted in the RWC app.
