Version 1.61
List data is now saved periodically while the app is open to mitigate data loss in the event of a crash. Several users have reported crash issues with the 1.60 release that I have so far been unable to reproduce. If you encounter a crash, please send me an email via the link on the Support screen with any details that you can provide on the actions leading up to the crash.
Version 1.60
Added alert notifications for individual list items with due dates (iOS 4 required).
Added “Is List” sort key. To use this key in preexisting lists, sort the list, tap the Defaults button, and then set the keys to the desired settings.
Tapping the Save/Add button on the list or list item detail screen now automatically initiates editing of the title. When creating multiple items, newly created items are placed in the same list as the previous item.
Added a setting that determines whether tapping a list item edits the item or toggles its check mark.
Changed the images used for priorities on the detail screen.
Fixed bug where the title edit screen did not appear when a physical keyboard was being used.
Fixed bug where the today button on the due date screen assigned a time component that caused an item to sort incorrectly for sort keys following the due date sort key.
Fixed bug where selecting “No Items Based on Due Date” on the Badge settings screen did not cancel preexisting badge updates/local notifications already scheduled for the badge count.
Fixed bug that caused the “Display Note” setting to be reset to its default value when the app was relaunched.
Thanks to everyone who’s supported List! by leaving a review, offering suggestions, or reporting issues/bugs. I have a long list of feature enhancements planned, so if I haven't gotten to your request yet, you haven’t been forgotten. I try to include one major enhancement and several minor enhancements with each release. The most requested features of search, synchronization, repeating due dates, and password locks are all planned for future releases. I’m user #1 of List!, so I’m just as eager as you are for a number of these features.
There are a number of requests for being able to manually rearrange or sort items. This functionality is already supported, so if you’re having problems figuring out how to use it, send me an email by tapping “Email Customer Support” on the Support screen and I can assist you.
Votes were 3 to 1 to keep the yellow/black color scheme of the app icon with the general consensus that it’s much easier to spot. I have no strong preference myself and it’s unlikely that there’s a color scheme that will please everyone, so until there’s a groundswell in the opposite direction for change, I’ll go with the majority opinion and keep the yellow/black scheme.
