The ”Featured” tab on iPad version was empty for weeks now. Totally empty. And the My Learning and Wishlist sections started to show erroneous info. But today I deleted and reinstalled the app and now it seems to work fine.

Worst experience ever

This the lousiest software in the whole universe. It does not do what it supposwd to do. Play videos. Download is unusable (spinner just spins and no video is playong) also the streaming to tv is unusable because it works like one out of ten. You have really good content but lousiest software.

Big technical issues on iPad

Videos keep randomly buffering or directly claim that video is not available and the internet connection is not working. This is not true because parts of the courses work normally and even allow the downloading of sections. Issue must be on the app or server end. App reinstall does not help. The app also feels very outdated, like from the previous decade. I have purchased over ten courses over the time.
