I love the app and have used it for years! This is one of the few apps that also remind you of your OC pills. However there is one problem - the number of pills doesn’t offer an option to take for example 21+21 pills in a row. Now you have to set up intake start day over and over again so the reminders keep up. This also means that the period tracker doesn’t work even though I have changed the cycle length.

Hi there! We will do everything in our power to protect the data and privacy of our users. We hear your concern. We will soon be launching a new feature called “Anonymous Mode” which allows you to remove your personal identity, including your name and email address from your Flo account. This mode will make it so that no entity can identify you. We will be sharing more details with you in the coming weeks. Yours, Flo
Would give five stars, BUT…

Such a great app for tracking cycle, how ever the only issue is that there are way too many ridicilous notifications pretty much every single day: absolute nonsense with zero scientific backing and no way to turn them off.I was forced to turn of all the notifications in phone settings to cut away the junk, as there was no other option. I do not want junk mail, I do not want junk notifications either. All I wanted was to hear once a month, when are my periods starting and now I can not use this app for the specific purpose I downloaded it for. Extremely disappointed. Please fix this issue, thank you.
Developer Response
Hi there! We really appreciate your feedback! We understand that notifications can be a sensitive feature and not all users would like to get them. At the moment, there is no option in the app to keep cycle notifications but to disable other notifications. Your feedback, however, is valuable for us and we’ll pass it to our product team for further review. In the meantime, we can only offer you to disable all notifications for Flo in the settings of your device, though this will unfortunately affect cycle notifications as well. Thank you for your understanding. Best Regards, Flo Team
Daily insights about cycle are annoying

Please add an option to disable the daily cycle notifications. I don’t want to turn off all notifications because some of them are actually useful. However being bombarded daily with absolutely useless one’s is really starting to piss me off and making me consider switching to another app. I have used Flo for years and these daily insights weren’t a thing always, adding them was not a good idea especially when you don’t allow users to toggle them off.
Developer Response
Hi poyrye! We're very sorry for your experience. We send notifications so that our users can learn about new features and insights in the app. At the moment, it’s only possible to disable the notifications by turning them off in your phone settings. After doing so, you’ll stop receiving any notifications from Flo, unfortunately. We really appreciate that you shared your feedback with us - we will add your suggestion to the list of feature requests that are reviewed by our product team on an ongoing basis. Best Regards, Flo Team
