Designed as the mobile companion to Master Tour Desktop, it keeps your entire team organized and informed with access to itinerary, schedules, travel details, contacts, hotel reservations, maps and more from your device.

more Improvements to existing features
When no Day Time Zone is set, UTC no longer appears as the day time zone on the Dates list.
On days where there is a Daylight Savings Time change, both time zones are now displayed.
IATA codes should be used for Airline abbreviations in headers, and longform Airline Names should be included in Travel Legs.
Crew and Room lists now display names in alphanumerical order with the following format: last, first (preferred name)
Organizations in the Dates dropdown now display in a alphanumerical order
Bug fixes
Patched minor bug where viewing the date picker while on November 1st caused the date picker to show two Novembers per year

New Features
Ground Travel Items now auto-calculate Arrival Time, Travel Time, Distance, and Start/End Time Zones when both Origin and Destination locations are entered.
Songs in Set Lists now display Guest Performers, Tech Notes, and Set Specific Notes.
“Full Page Copy” is now available on the Dates screen, for copying info from all visible Days to your clipboard.
Improvements to existing features
Notes on the Dashboard now show the full Notes text and no longer truncate at 6 lines per Note.
Added “+1” indicators for Schedule / Travel / Publicity Items that have Start/End Times on the “next day”.
Disabled autocorrect when typing in the “Add Flight” form and searching for Airlines and Airports, in order to prevent undesired autocorrections for abbreviations.
Improved handling of Guest List Requests submitted by “Guest List: View Own and Submit” and “Guest List View All and Submit” users when Enforced Allotments are met, Cutoff Time has passed, or Guest List has been Locked.
Added Visibility info and Party badges to Hotels in both the Dashboard section and Hotels section.
Sync Conflict resolution dialogs now include timestamps that are accurate to the second, to help with reviewing and resolving sync conflicts.
Bug fixes
Room List Check In / Check Out dates were appearing one day early.
Guest Lists with only one Pass Type were causing errors when submitting Guest List Requests from MT Mobile.
Android users were sometimes having issues with scrolling in the Notifications screen that would “pull to refresh” instead of scrolling.
Closing/reopening the app while viewing the Dates screen would result in only 10 Days being shown until the user changed Tours or did a Search.
Selecting "All Organizations - All Tours" removed Organizations with no future Days from the Tour selection dropdown in the Dates section.
Mini Calendar in the top right corner was appearing to start on Tuesday with certain UTC offsets.
Guest List was not showing Guest List Requests sorted alphanumerically by Last Name.
Guest List Allotments and Enforced status changed in MT Desktop were not being reflected in MT Mobile.
Guest List Cutoff Time messages were not appearing correctly when the cutoff time had passed.
In Dark Mode in the Guest List, the “dropdown chevron” wasn’t appearing for Guest List Status dropdowns.
URLs that didn’t start with http:// or https:// were not able to be reliably tapped to view the URLs outside of the MT Mobile app.
Publicity Detail dropdowns were missing labels for additional context on those fields.
Song List was not sorting Songs alphanumerically.
Songs were not being removed from the Song List as they were added to a Set List.
Songs in Set Lists were not showing changes made at the “Song” level in Organizations in MT Desktop.
In Dark Mode, Notifications were not appearing with line separators in between each Notification.
In Dark Mode, Reminder type Notifications weren’t styling the Schedule/Travel/Publicity Item button correctly.
In Notifications, Reminder type Notifications were all appearing with clock icons regardless of Schedule / Travel / Publicity Item type.
Opening MT Mobile, then changing device time zone, then adding a Schedule Item would cause the Schedule Item’s time to be incorrect.
Some Travel Items created in Master Tour Desktop would appear with Start / End Times in UTC when editing the same item in Master Tour Mobile.
Travel Item Details were showing “Start” and “End” verbiage instead of “Origin” and “Destination” verbiage that matched MT Desktop.
Users were not having Tours removed from their UX when Visibility was changed at the Tour level to exclude them. This resulted in a “blank” UX that looked odd.
When Users had their permissions removed from Organizations, they were seeing notifications with the Organization ID instead of the Organization Name that they were removed from.

• After a user’s first sync, if that user enables a new Organization for syncing, they are now shown a full page sync screen with an option to abandon that sync.
Improvements to existing features:
• In Dashboard, tapping on section headers now will expand or minimize that section.
• Tapping on “Directions” button for Venues and Hotels now allows users to choose which map app they want to use.
• When a new Tour is selected in the Dates section or mini calendar picker, the closest day to “today” is selected by default.
• Updated Guest List Request “Delete” button to match styling of other “Delete” buttons.
• “Load Past Dates” screen and button implemented for Tours that have Days, but don’t have any current/upcoming Days.
• Various minor improvements.
Bug Fixes:
• In App Settings, My Tours section now correctly wraps text for explainer text.
• Adjusted theming so Guest List breakdown table shows correct elements in Dark Mode.
• Resolved text wrapping issue with “Please keep Master Tour Mobile open” text on tablet sized screens for the sync progress screen.
• Resolved issue where Schedule Items on the Dashboard were not displaying any Detail info - they now show up to 4 lines of text.
• Resolved issue where Guest List Manage All or higher permissioned users were unable to delete Guest List Requests added by other users.

- Improved behavior when a user scrolls to the bottom of a page, then changes which Day they’re looking at - now displays the newly selected Day from the top of that page.
Bug fixes
- Key Contacts box on Dashboard was displaying Promoter Company but not Promoter Contacts.
- Improved handling for less common / legacy usages of time zone locations.

7.1.7 18/11/2025
This is our first release of the new Master Tour Mobile! We’ve got many new improvements on the old mobile app we’re excited to share.
For all users:
- Mobile app now automatically syncs your tour data for offline use - no more manual preloading, great for low-service or no-service areas.
- Users can filter Schedule and Travel Items by User Group Visibility or Schedule Type (Travel/Schedule/Publicity).
- Completely new mobile Dashboard for viewing an entire Day at a glance.
- Users can now arrange the bottom navigation to show the sections they care about most, for quick access.
- Users can sort and filter notifications from particular organizations, and delete old notifications.
- Reminder notifications have a detail screen that can take a user to that specific schedule or travel item with one tap.
- Users can update their entire profiles, including tour preferences and their public profiles.
For Professional users with Manager or higher permissions:
- Add/edit all Schedule, Travel, and Publicity Items within the mobile app, including flights with live tracking.
- Set Visibility and Reminders on Schedule, Travel and Publicity Items.
- Create and edit Set Lists using existing Songs.
- Manage Guest List Allotments, Cutoff Times, and Lock status.
We’ve been working hard to test and improve on this app, so here’s a list of smaller improvements that we’ve worked on since our 7.1.5-beta release:
Bug fixes
- Clearing Notifications now clears the red notification dot.
- Fixed issue where having only one Guest List Pass Type would break the Guest List Summary.
- Fixed issue where some time zones were being displayed with “N/A” instead of their appropriate abbreviation.
- Fixed issue where users being removed from an Organization then added back to that Organization were not able to sync in info without logout/login.
- Removed “pull to refresh” from first sync progress screen, since that could cause issues with first sync.
- Fixed issue where a Sync Conflict could cause the Dashboard to become unresponsive.
- Additional minor bug fixes.

Bugfix:
Local Crew data entered in MT2 would crash the app if you viewed Venue detail. This legacy data is now handled and does not cause a crash.
A small number of Venue records were crashing the app when viewing Venue detail. They no longer cause this crash.
