I have been usina the Gmail app for iPhone for several vears since iPhone 6 came out. For the past several weeks I have been experiencing a bug, which prevents the showing of new e-mail count badges on the Gmail app icon. I have been serching for a solution on the internet, but I soon undestood that that bug has not been dealt with since the vear 2020. After failed attempts to fix the issue myself andafter several missed important e-mails, I had to unistall the app. Shame.
Zero Support & Zero Security: Google doesn't care about hacked users!

If your Google account gets hacked and deleted by a cybercriminal, be prepared: Google DOES NOT CARE and WILL NOT HELP YOU.My account was compromised, forcibly added to a Family Link group, and then completely deleted by the hacker to destroy evidence and stolen identity documents. Despite having an active police case, providing full technical proof, and paying for Google services, their support offers ZERO human help.Their automated tools are completely useless and deadlock with "Google does not provide other ways to sign in." Support agents just send copy-pasted template responses and refuse to escalate the case to real security engineers.No proof matters to this company. Be extremely careful — your data and identity are never safe here, and you will be left completely on your own if a crime happens.
Bug with remembering emails that are read

I love the app but last app version has a bug with remembering emails that are already read. Shows new emails even all emails are read. After app restart and reopening gmail, it finally records the read emails. Same thing repeats with all new emails
