We are introducing the new AI Essentials subscription to communicate smarter within our Cloud telephony app including:
- Nia (NFON Intelligent Assistant) offers quick and easy support on how to use telephony features.
- 1:1 calls are now automatically transcribed and summarised given both parties consent.
It’s easier to set up Callthrough and Emergency Call numbers by country using Mobile Device Management (MDM).
You’ll now get an earlier warning when your session is about to expire, so you can stay connected without interruptions.
It is now easier to pull an active call from one device to another.

New log-in and authentication process: Unified login across the entire app suite, including the Meet & Share Outlook add-in
Calls from the same contact and the same origin are now grouped under the same entry so that it is easier to have a better overview of the call history. Detailed individual entries remain accessible.
When making a second call, transferring a call or adding someone to a meeting, the user can now easily select from their personal favorites
The ability to activate or deactivate the user's microphone and camera before joining a meeting
Phone number fields now include a drop-down menu for selecting a country code
When the user minimises a call, the video remains active and the microphone stays on (if enabled). Restoring a minimised call is seamless: All previous settings, such as the loudspeaker mode or camera status, are preserved.
The user will now see a notification when a new app version is recommended for installation. This prompt appears on the start page or settings tab (when logged in), ensuring the user is always up-to-date with the latest features and improvements.
AI-powered voicemail transcription is now available for all Business Premium users, automatically transcribing voicemails and showing transcripts in the Voicemail tab, as well as sending them via email, if enabled by the admin.
