Improvements to showing memberships on Customer Profiles, Attendee List and when assigning a customer to the cart to reflect multiple memberships. This is part of a new feature we have rolled out.
Bug fixes:
- Previously you could not select multiple boolean survey questions in the new Sell flow
- Repeating events with multiple session times were only displaying the next available time for that date
- Previously you could not reschedule a ticket even where there was oversell capacity available
- Scanning membership cards was picking incorrect sessions to redeem to
- Zip code was not displaying correctly when it was a required field
- Stripe readers were showing the discounted price instead of ticket face value
- Previously you were unable to split a payment on iPhone in the new Sell flow due to the keyboard obscuring the Confirm button

We are applying the same redesign touches to the Sell section! It is available in early access by long-pressing Sell on the home screen.
Fixed an issue in Admit where the number of redeemed tickets was not updating in the header bar.
We have added the 'last admitted' text to the redemption success screen.
Basic HTML is now supported in survey questions, and will be rendered appropriately.
Fixed a crash on iOS 18.4 when selecting the customers tab in the search results.

We have removed legacy search and it is no longer available.
We have added support for scanning multiple events, or all events, when issuing free membership tickets by scanning a membership card. Previously we only supported scanning for a single event.
We have updated the RFID swap screen to match the new designs.
Fixed an issue with voucher swaps with multiple tickets not consistently redeeming all tickets.
Added support for a new permissions role 'admissions-member', to allow admitting member card scans.
Fixed an issue where a staff member with only the sales role could incorrectly attempt to edit a customer, causing errors while attempting to save.

• Fixed an issue when logging in to Entra would navigate you outside Ticketure to the Microsoft Authenticator app, which would then save your login details.
• RFID tag scanning now supports reading more than 10 digits. It will now end a tag scan by encountering a newline character, or by timing out.

Sounds are now played when a scan succeeds or fails in the new admit scan screen. These sounds are configurable in your app settings.
Phone number collection is now validated when signing up a new customer, and when editing an existing customer.
Address autocomplete has been improved by switching to a new provider. You can now expand multiple results to quickly find the exact match when searching an address with multiple listings.
We now show if a cart is overpaid or underpaid on the order details screen in search. We also show if a card payment is currently disputed.
You can now filter a customer's recent orders by event category when viewing a customer in search.
