The 'Zerosec Note' app is a powerful tool designed to improve and enhance brain efficiency. It introduces an "extreme" method of note-taking to help users tackle challenges like slow thinking, difficulty gathering information, indecision, and procrastination.
By "extreme," we mean you must complete one note in 1 minute and dedicate 10 minutes daily to write 10 notes. After several weeks of consistent practice, you'll notice significant improvements in your thinking abilities.
The app draws inspiration from the bestseller "Zero Second Thinking" by Yuji Akaba, a former McKinsey consultant. In his book, Akaba shares how he used A4 paper to organize fragmented thoughts, focusing on 1-minute "mental exercises" to enhance thinking and boost productivity.
