MetaMindful is an AI mental wellness coach powered by ACT & mindfulness. When your mind gets in the way, overthinking, spirals, “what ifs”, MetaMindful helps you calm down and take one better step in under 90 seconds. Instead of long meditations or abstract theory, talk to MetaMindful between messages, meetings, or moments of “I can’t deal with this.” When to use MetaMindful Talk to MetaMindful when you’re: - Replaying a conversation on loop - Dreading a message or meeting - Stuck in “what if everything goes wrong?” - Avoiding something you actually care about Type a sentence or two about what’s going on. MetaMindful takes that and talks with you. How it works 1. Share the issue Tell MetaMindful what’s happening: - “I keep replaying that meeting, I can’t focus.” - “I’m spiraling about a message from my manager.” - “I’m avoiding a conversation I know I need to have.” 2. Understand the pattern As you talk with MetaMindful, it will ask questions and help you see what's exactly keeping you stuck. 3. Get a 90-second micro-coaching sequence MetaMindful then guides you through a tiny, practical exercise based on ACT, like: - Stop getting pulled into a troublesome thought - Getting back to the present when the mind is spiralling - Choosing one realistic next step *now* No lectures. No 20-minute tracks. Just one better action right now. Improve that thread over time Each time you check in on a life area (work, relationships, health, etc.), MetaMindful helps you: - Untangle the same patterns faster - Act a bit more wisely - Quietly build real mental skills you can use on your own, without a big “course” Powered by ACT & mindfulness (without the jargon) MetaMindful is built on the core processes of Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and modern mindfulness, like: - Getting unstuck from sticky thoughts - How to act when difficult feelings are there - Coming back to what your ideal life is - Taking action toward that ideal life You don’t have to study ACT or mindfulness. You’ll simply *use* these ideas inside your real situations—and build the skill as a side effect. Threads & skill growth MetaMindful organizes your check-ins into threads, the real areas of life where your mind tends to get in the way: - Work - Relationships & family - Self-criticism & confidence - Health, habits, and energy Over time, you can see which threads you’ve been working on and how your actual actions are changing.
