- An unregistered user/guest can make smooth payments without needing a full account. All that is required is a 13-digit consumer number and a valid phone number. An OTP will be sent for verification, allowing you to complete the transaction effortlessly.
4. Multiple bill payment
- The registered users have the convenience of paying multiple bills at once and have the option to add/remove consumers .Additionally, they can view their Bill history, Payment history, Consumption history, Meter reading and Transaction history.
5. One-Click Complaint registration
- Our new feature allows customers to register complaints directly through the app with a single click. Users can easily report issues and our support team will promptly address and resolve them.
6. Service at Doorstep
-Take advantage of our new ‘Service at doorstep’ feature. We now deliver our services directly to your door, offering you an even more convenient experience.
7. Register Using Mobile/Email
- Sign up is easy with your mobile no or email address. You can choose either mobile number or email id to start using the app as a registered user to get all advantages. You can also set up communication alerts using either your mobile number or email id.
8. Bill Calculator
- Take advantage of our bill calculating tool to plan your expenses effectively. It is easy to estimate your bills based on usage, providing you with clear control over your spending.
9. View Your Previous Bill Details
- Easily access and review your past bills in the app, allowing you to track your transactions and usage history effortlessly. To do this, please provide your consumer number and registered phone number and the bill will be downloaded to your phone for your convenience.
