SolaxCloud is a monitoring App enabling the end-user and the agent to check the inverter status, yield, load consumption and exported energy anytime with the help of cloud data analysis.
End-users can use either remote or local login to view the real-time data and change settings of the inverter, but agent can only use the remote login to view the site information and inverter data due to user privacy protection reason.
Description of End-user Login:
After successful user login, end-users can check various data including site name, panel size, inverter No., battery status, alarm information, inverter yield, load consumption, exported energy and etc. SolaxCloud collects and processes data every 5 mins, users can depend on the dynamic flow chart to monitor the power among panels, inverter, battery, grid and load.
At the same time, if inverter data is online, users can change the settings including Date & time, safety, power factor, work mode, charger and etc. Please kindly note that the password will be required to enter Advance and Super parameters setting.
Description of Agent Login:
After successful agent login, agent can not only check the user, site, inverter list and authorization status, but also the account details including contact person, address, system commission date, rated power, user name, yield today and yield total.
Overall ok, just in the app is set up called „appointment” which I guess refer to setup charger to start charging EV in created time only. I have entered „appointment” but even it shows safed, it is not visible there, thus guess isnt working. Pls check tks
New version does not work, user access issues

When trying to log in, error message appears to contact technical support, but there is no link. Same with web app. Those updates are worthless. Keep things working or test before publishing. Same is with previous functionality on automation tasks such as charging when low spot prices.

The new version is visually more polished and contains more information from the website portal. However the older version was more user friendly. For less technical users, this new version is a nightmare.The older version have a simple status overview with battery percentage. Now you have to swipe to new view to know the battery percentage.The older version have simple day graph where you can easily see how much you consumed from grid and how much you feed the grid. This is now separated in different views. If you change the filter for the daily graph, next time it resets back to default. The older version kept your choices.Overall its a nice update however the simplicity is lost.As a user I would like to spend less time swiping views and refreshing each view separately is also a pain.
