Although I bought a „life-time“ version of pdf Expert, suddenly the function crop and another functions don`t work. Only basic functions (like erasing pages) work. It offers me an „upgrade“ for „only“ 50 USD to unlock the functions of the sofware that I legally bougt without any time conditions.Deceivers :-(((((

I have been using this app for over 5 years now. I am satisfied overall, but am not pleased about the support: They only send you email messages and don't read the customer's messages keep on asking you to send screenshots that they don't analyse. I've never resolved an issue with the support, but most of the time, it's about the update. edit: Particular support stuff keep on contacting me making excuses asking me to change the comment. This isn't professional.
