I’ve been in OkCupid for a number of years now coming back to it again and again. The iOS app is by far the best as I don’t really like the desktop version because it doesn’t have a full screen message function. Meeting people is really easy and though I wasn’t convinced with the matching change at first, I think the quality of responses I’ve been getting lately has been improving (though I thin this might be linked to a revamp of my profile I did a while back too). I’m happy they removed the “who is viewing your profile” feature too as that used to annoy me a bit. Felt a bit stalkerish even if you only went back to remember some detail about someone.I’ve not met boyfriends online at OkCupid so far as I’ve always ended up in relationships with people I met offline, but I have to say I’ve met some great people through this app and it remains a staple dating tool for me when I’m single.I like the fact it’s got the swiping capability of tinder, but it’s got more substance than tinder in terms of presenting matches that are based in the algorithm of how you answer questions.There are some great people online, so go out, have fun and who knows... maybe you’ll get lucky in love that way too 😉

It’s quite challenging to solve the issues with the bugs on that app. The technical support brushes you off. I keep receiving the same Intros after deleting them 5-10 times and can’t read the new ones. The technical support advise you on basic troubleshooting steps which don’t work and then simply don’t answer the emails.

I deleted my account through the app. However, I kept getting emails about new likes and “picks” on my email. Then I realized my account was not deleted and it still existed. I tried to delete it many times through the website, but it always gives me an error. This is very frustrating and unprofessional - how is it possible that you do not let your users delete their account?
