I purchased the Internxt Essential plan based on their promise of a 30-day money-back guarantee. The app turned out to be unstable, slow, and frustrating to use — basic sync didn’t work reliably, and the interface felt half-baked.I requested a refund well within the 30-day window. I contacted support multiple times through email and live chat — zero response. It’s been weeks now with no acknowledgment or resolution.Internxt failed to deliver on both product quality and their refund policy. Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve now filed a dispute through my payment provider.Avoid unless you're ready to lose both time and money.

While trying the free version (1GB), my files and folders got completely messed up and after contacting the tech support, I they recognised the issue but without any apology or something.

90% of uploaded files are unreachable. Reachable files cannot be downloaded. New files cannot be uploaded successfully. A truly secure application.
