In-app tracking is not user friendly

Etsy’s build in tracking doesn’t provide any tracking number to the buyer whatsoever. I managed to get the US tracking number from the seller, but my address is in Czechia, and the tracking number has changed. I tried contacting customer service and that’s full of amateurs or interns who don’t understand how international shipping works. I like supporting small businesses and having the opportunity to shop abroad while having the tax covered, unfortunately, getting any information on shipping is a pain in the…
Blocking without reason

I'm not happy to write this negative review, because I like Etsy as a whole, it's very useful. But the attitude of the platform toward the users is absolutely awful. I never sold anything on Etsy, I only made 2 purchases, paid for them, had no problem with communication with the sellers and they blocked my account for some mysterious reasons named “violating terms of use”, what exactly they never specified. They never sent me a notification letter about the blocking as they claim they did. So I'm completely confused about this situation.
