4.2 12/12/2024
This update includes a quick fix for the workout effort charts not displaying data from the previous week in some cases.
4.1 05/12/2024
Schedule workouts
- You can now schedule workouts from your favorite app (such as Apple Fitness) on your calendar by simply viewing a workout you want to schedule, clicking "Share", then selecting Elevate in the list of available apps. Then, you can select the date and time you want for the workout and add it to your calendar. Note--this will schedule on your default calendar unless you have an upgraded plan that allows creating a workout-specific calendar in Elevate's settings.
Workout effort charts
- If you're on iOS 18, two new charts were added under Stats for Workout Effort, showing the average workout effort (both estimated and recorded) for the previous week and the current week.
Thank you so much for using Elevate, your feedback is super helpful and I hope you find these updates useful!
4.0 02/12/2024

Fix:
- Addressed a date bug with the weekly workout chart.
3.2 22/09/2024

- A "Workouts this week" chart was added under Stats > This Week. This bar chart will show the workouts you did this week and the duration of each by day, so you can see how much time you spent in some workouts compared to others.
Changed:
- Removed the count of workouts scheduled today from the Dashboard to try and simplify what we show so there's less numbers on the page.
3.1 16/09/2024
Welcome to Elevate 3.0! This update brings a few new features:
New:
- You can now schedule workouts! They will show on your dashboard, and you can schedule by days of the week. If there's a URL for the workout a link will show next to it.
- You can use your calendar to schedule workouts--you can either add a new one, or select an existing calendar to schedule to by default (paid users).
Updates:
- The workout details buttons (tags, history, edit, notes etc) have been added into a single menu button at the upper right, so you can focus on the workout details and your progress and not have the buttons crowding up the view.
3.0 17/08/2024
This update adds some updates to the stats page, displaying each in a clearer list by grouping the header and content together.
2.6 09/08/2024
This latest version adds in a new performance section to the workout details view.
Now, you'll see performance stats comparing the last two workouts you did, so you can see the percentage difference between them for calories burned, weights lifted, incline, speed and more.
2.5 01/08/2024
Added:
- Now when logging speed, weights, incline, resistance, sets and reps on an existing workout, it'll show how much plus or minus of what was logged before, so you can quickly see how much you've increased since last time while logging your progress.
2.2 25/07/2024
Updated:
- Logging speed, resistance, and incline is now a text field to make for easier and faster input for these values.
Fixed:
- The running activity icon wasn't showing the correct icon (a person running) and was instead showing a dumbbell.
2.1 16/07/2024
This update is all about charts! If you're using tags, three new charts have been added:
- Worked vs stretched muscle gauges to see where you might need to stretch more
- Pie chart for muscles stretched this week
- Heatmap for what muscles were worked vs stretched
Any workout that has muscles tagged on it will be included in the charts, and any cooldown, yoga, or flexibility workout with muscles tagged will be included for the muscles that were stretched. These are in a new section under "Stats" for muscle focuses this week.
Additionally, two new details are now included for workouts:
- Speed is now included for workouts that have distance logged
- The start and end times of the workout is now also in the workout details
2.0 09/07/2024

Added:
- Ability to delete workout history

- When logging an existing workout, you can now update tags (adding/removing) for the workout.
Fixed
- If a workout was recorded without a heart rate, the app would crash (bad!) so this has been fixed (good!).
- Fixed a display issue where the Incline data table wasn't showing correctly.
- Hide charts with no data, which otherwise just showed an empty void instead of anything helpful.
1.9 02/07/2024
Added
- New filters for the workout list: you can now sort the list by most times completed and most calories burned.
- Added the option to add progress for a workout manually on the workout details.
Fixed
- If a workout was deleted then re-added and you tried to log it again, it would say the workout was already logged. This has been fixed.
1.8 02/07/2024
New:
- Add ability to log reps and sets for strength training workouts
- Added chart for reps and sets on workout details
- Added timestamp for workouts in list (start -> end time)
Fixes:
- Imported previously completed workouts were showing the date when it was added, not when the workout was completed. This is now fixed and should show the date the workout was completed instead.
- Completions weren't being updated for previously completed workouts, throwing off the numbers for most completed workout. This is now fixed.
