What We Accomplished This Quarter (Foundational Work)
This quarter, we finalized critical designs that lay the groundwork for a more robust and predictable experience:
• Directory Management Blueprint: We completed the Directory Account Edit UI/UX Designs. This comprehensive blueprint ensures a smooth, consistent, and modern experience for all future features involving staff and directory detail management.
• Smarter Search Feedback: We've addressed a pain point in the recipient selection workflow by fixing the workflow to load recipients screen. This change ensures you receive clear, actionable feedback if search data isn't available, improving overall workflow reliability.
Coming Soon (Future Focus)
Our development and design efforts will immediately shift to the following critical areas:
Enhanced Security Controls: Look forward to the upcoming UI/UX designs for the Change Password Screen, streamlining how you manage your account security.
Clarity for Student Profiles: We will be designing the "Zero State" for the Student Account Info → Classes view, ensuring students and parents see a clear, informative message when a student is not currently enrolled in any classes.
