Here’s how it works:
Once a week, employees answer several questions about their accomplishments from the previous week and provide other details about their progress. Managers can even pass-up answers to directors and executives, providing top to bottom visibility around triumphs, challenges, and great ideas.
Our new iOS app allows you to enjoy the same great features as the web version:
Goals & Accomplishments - Employees enter their goals for the upcoming week. Next week they check off the goals that they accomplished, while the ones that they missed are automatically marked with an x. Employees can add additional accomplishments at the bottom that were not contemplated the week before. Managers get a sense of progress at a glance.
Comments - Employee feedback is a two-way process. Managers can comment on answers directly in the app, spawning important conversations about everything from increasing revenue to improving company wide processes.
@mentions - Responses to questions often involve more than one team member. Just @mention orther stake-holders to loop them in to the conversation and make decisions that much faster.
Flag for follow-up - Don’t let important responses fall through the cracks. With this handy feature, you can come back later to provide an employee with support, realign someone around their goals, or talk through an innovative idea.
The 15Five app is perfect for remote teams to check-in every week, and for on-the-go managers and executives to know the pulse of their company from anywhere at any time. To use the app, you must already be a customer.

Filling out Check-ins now includes a new multiple composer for upcoming priorities, questions, High Fives, and answers to the Check-in. This will eliminate the possibility of any buggy experiences. Under the ellipses of Check-in responses, you will also be able to quickly link objectives, private answers, add to 1-on-1s, and edit and delete responses.
Additionally, there’s been added mobile support when Check-ins are disabled for certain groups. Users of a specified group won't see the feature on their mobile app.

Some great improvements to the main navigation experience! We heard a lot of feedback on how the 1-on-1s feature is hard to find and navigate, so we made it super easy to access right now through the main navigation.
Notifications will live at the top right of the screen so you can easily track all the new notifications coming in. We also added the icon to distinguish the notifications that have not been read yet.
Additionally we added the option to “Mark all as read” so the house keeping of your notifications is possible with a single button click.
We also improved our empty states and loading states to make your time waiting more joyful and delightful.
