• Added a new Step button, which allows you to increase your dimensions by the original aspect ratio. (So 16:9 would add 16 to the x value, 9 to the y.) More enhancements coming. Meanwhile, check out the new Mac version, available on the Mac App Store! Reviews appreciated, as always. Thanks.

Percentage: x2y will now automatically calculate the percentage difference between your two rectangles. Alternatively, you can type a percentage, and x2y will calculate the x and y dimensions for that rectangle. (Thanks to Hans vershooten for the suggestion.) 3D Touch shortcuts on supported devices, so you can launch with any of your first four common aspect ratios pre-chosen. Two new themes, Night and Sand, for even more customizability. All themes are unlocked now by default. Layout fixes and accommodations for older and newer devices, including iPad Pro. Sync with iCloud. Keep your iPads, iPhones, and iPods touch in sync in the cloud. Your custom aspect ratios, round to the nearest pixel setting, and chosen theme will be synchronized between all your devices. (Requires a free iCloud account.) Themes. Now you can change up the colors of the application to better suit your preferences. Don't like the classic look of dark blue and grey? Switch to any one of 7 alternative color schemes. Four themes will be available by default, including the original Classic look. Four more themes can be unlocked for free throughout the app. Can you find them all? Copying your calculated results. Now it's easy to copy the results of your aspect ratio calculations for pasting into other apps. Just tap and hold on your highlighted result, and choose the format in which you wish to organize your text. Just the final calculated result, X x Y, X:Y— even CSS width and height. New Help section, including a direct line to contact support, and a newly redesigned user guide, outlining all the newest features of the app. This is the best version of x2y yet. New gestures make entering your ratios even faster. Swipe across the number pad to jump to the next or previous field. Your thumb no longer has to stretch off the number pad to enter all three field values. Hold down the delete key to erase the contents of the current field at once. This update is all about the visceral. The little things. The spit and polish that makes us love our apps so much. * Animations for swapping x and y values, doubling or halving your values, etc. should make it clearer to new users what's happening on screen. *Optimizations - cleaned up some code to keep everything running smoothly. *App file size is now back down to under 6MB, after ballooning a bit on the last update. Smaller images running smarter, leaving your device with more memory for other things.

*Customize your Common Aspect list. Have a few aspect ratios you use on a regular basis that aren't in the common list by default? Now you can add your own. Or delete the ones you never use. Or reorder the list any way you see fit. *Graphic enhancements. *More polish. Always more polish.

-Number fields now allow a maximum of 7 characters. (Only 7 characters were visible, anyway, so allowing more than that made little sense. -Fixed some pesky alignment issues in various orientations on iPad. -Added some new common aspect ratios to the list.
